Key Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and recommend suitable payment solutions based on the company’s plan to expand and penetrate new target markets
- Negotiate terms with the processors and review the agreements with the assistance of the legal department.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with PSPs and payment partners to facilitate collaboration and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with different teams within the company, such as finance, compliance, customer support, and IT, to ensure smooth and efficient payment operations. This includes sharing relevant information, addressing operational challenges, and aligning payment processes with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate and maintain payment gateways, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of the PSP integration projects
- Generate regular reports on payment transaction data, analysing trends and patterns to make data-driven decisions
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with payment service providers and banking service providers, ensuring the security of funds and the reliability of payment processing.
- Identifying and resolving any technical issues or disruptions that affect the payment system in close collaboration with the IT team or third-party service providers to troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide oversight.
- Conduct testing of payment integrations to identify and rectify any issues or discrepancies. Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve payment-related issues, both internally and for clients.

- Stay up to date with relevant regulations and developments in the ever-changing fintech and forex industries
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, computer science, business administration
- At least 2 years of experience in payment service solutions, preferably within fintech, forex, gaming or online casino industries.
- Strong understanding of payment processing methods, including credit card transactions, e-wallets, bank transfers, and other commonly used payment methods. Familiarity with payment gateways and merchant accounts is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to evolving industry standards and technologies
- Fluency in English is a must
